No. The quiz runs online for South Africans anywhere in the country. OnePlan's vets are nationwide, so where you take your pet does not limit your options.
Your answers go to the provider for the category you chose, so they can prepare a quote and contact you. We do not sell your details to unrelated third parties, and our privacy notice explains exactly what we collect and why.
No. You never pay Cactus. The provider quotes you directly, and if you take the policy you pay the provider's premium. Cactus earns a referral fee from the provider, which does not change your price.
