Cactus (cactus.org.za) is a lead-generation and referral platform operated by Leads Elite (Pty) Ltd. We help South Africans explore cover options and introduce interested people to a provider. For pet insurance, that provider is OnePlan.

Cactus is not an insurer, underwriter, policy administrator, claims administrator or financial service provider.

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully, to give accurate information, and not to submit fraudulent, misleading or third-party details without permission. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in South Africa to submit an enquiry.

Everything on this website is general product and service information. It is not financial, insurance, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Any advice about a specific product must come from a suitably authorised person at the provider.

When you submit an enquiry, Cactus may pass it to OnePlan so a consultant can contact you. OnePlan provides any quote, policy wording, underwriting decision, servicing and claims handling under its own terms. Cactus may receive a referral fee for the introduction.

Completing a quiz does not buy insurance and does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be accepted, receive a particular premium or benefit, or have a claim paid. Cover only exists once OnePlan accepts your application and issues a policy, and claims are assessed against that policy.

Product facts shown here, including starting premiums, plan options, waiting periods, limits and benefits, are general information taken from publicly available provider material and may change without notice. Premiums are risk-profile dependent. Always rely on the current OnePlan quote and policy wording before deciding.

This website uses or links to services provided by others, including the LeadsHook quiz, IPWho, Open-Meteo and OnePlan. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The Cactus name, layout, text, graphics and other content on this website belong to Leads Elite (Pty) Ltd or its licensors, except for third-party marks such as OnePlan, which belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any quiz or category, at any time. Categories shown as coming soon are not yet available.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website, submit automated or spam enquiries, scrape content at scale, bypass security, or use the website to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Cactus and Leads Elite (Pty) Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or for the products, quotes, servicing, decisions or claim outcomes of OnePlan or any other provider. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
